01

Who we are

VaultFifty1 is a software development, DevOps and cybersecurity studio headquartered in India and serving clients worldwide. For the purposes of this policy, VaultFifty1 is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at any time at info@vaultfifty1.com or +91 7594095242.

02

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our services:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message, when you submit our contact form or write to us directly.
  • Chat and call scheduling: if you use the chat widget or book a video call, we collect your name, email address, the scheduled time and the messages you send, so we can hold the conversation and the appointment.
  • Usage data: standard technical information processed when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent. This arrives in routine server and infrastructure logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies needed for the site to function and to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, political opinions and similar) and ask that you do not send them to us.

03

How we use your information

We use the collected information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals you request.
  • Hold chats and scheduled video calls you initiate.
  • Deliver, operate and support the services you engage us for.
  • Maintain the security of our website and infrastructure, including abuse and fraud prevention.
  • Improve our website, content and user experience based on aggregate usage.
  • Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04

Legal bases

Where data protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: when you voluntarily submit a form, start a chat or book a call. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract: when processing is needed to prepare or perform an engagement with you.
  • Legitimate interests: for site security, abuse prevention and improving our services, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information by law.
05

Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to run this website, and they process data on our behalf:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: providers that serve the website and keep routine access logs.
  • Database services: chat messages and call bookings are stored with our cloud database provider.
  • WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, your communication is governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn: links to our LinkedIn page take you to LinkedIn, which applies its own privacy policy.

These providers are bound to process data only as instructed. We share personal data beyond them only if required by law or as part of a business transfer, never for sale.

06

Data retention

We keep inquiry and chat data only as long as it is needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and then delete or anonymize it. Data tied to contracts and invoices is retained for the periods required by law. Routine server logs rotate on short cycles.

07

Data security

Security is our trade. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and hardened configurations, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

International transfers

We are based in India and serve clients worldwide, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the infrastructure providers above. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

09

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave.
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@vaultfifty1.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and at no cost.

10

Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
