How does a project start?

How do you price work?

Fixed price for well-defined scopes, a monthly retainer for ongoing engineering or support. Either way the number is in the proposal before work starts, and changes to scope are agreed in writing, never discovered on an invoice.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do. Repositories, cloud accounts and credentials live under your ownership from the start or are handed over at the end, with documentation. There is no lock-in by design.

Can you work with our existing codebase and team?

Yes. A lot of our work starts inside an existing system: we read the code, respect the conventions that work, and improve the ones that don't. We slot in alongside in-house engineers or run the work end to end.

We treat AI like any other system: evals against your real data, guardrails and fallbacks, a human in the loop where it matters, and monitoring in production. Where a simpler, deterministic solution is more reliable, we use that instead.
